Risk assessment

During 2013, Reach for Change started the work to implement assessment of the risk of corruption to our operations. After research work and dialogues with Country Managers we identified that 30% of our operations are at high risk. Therefore we have developed an Anti-Corruption Plan consisting of: a complementary to our Code of Conduct; the Anti-Corruption Policy, and an action plan.


All new operations are going through risk assessment with start 2014. During 2013 the risk assessment were done in three countries, and additional two countries did a specific anti-corruption research.


Communication and training on anti-corruption

Reach for Change is committed to conducting business to the highest ethical standards and to going beyond the law to advance social responsibility. In October 2012 Reach for Change adopted their Code of Conduct to ensure all employees and affiliates are well aware of what is expected from them. Reach for Change requires all social entrepreneurs, employees, management, members of our Board of Directors and affiliates (when applicable), to; read, understand and sign the Code and thereby comply with it. The business practices within the Code of Conduct is a part of the on-boarding employees, and Change Leaders, and also a part of initial discussions with new partners.
