Reach for Change aims to create system change and Change Leaders are required to scale and contribute to a better life for children on a structural level.
However, most of them come to us, ready to scale, inspired from one child’s experience of change. In some cases this child is themselves in the past, in other cases the child is among their target group. Children’s testimonies of change are a priceless source of passion and commitment to the cause, as well as for insights into both problem and effectiveness of the solution. The stories are also an incentive to braveness and the key to smart strategic growth and focus.
Reach for Change use a systemized method called Most Significant Change to collect stories from target children since we believe that every claim to be creating system change has to be backed by individual stories from the target group.
